1. Booking and Cancellation
In case of rooms booking -
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival: 100% refund of the advance.
• Cancellations 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the advance.
• Cancellations within 7 days of check-in: Non-refundable
In case of entire private booking -
• Cancellations made 21 days or more before arrival: 100% refund of the advance.
• Cancellations 21-14 days before arrival: 75% refund of the advance.
• Cancellations 14-7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the advance.
• Cancellations within 7 days of check-in: Non-refundable.
2. Payment Terms
• Booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
• First come, first serve basis – booking goes to the first person who pays.

• The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon arrival.
3. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
• Management reserves the right to evacuate guests who fail to check out on time.
5. Termination of Booking
• Management may cancel bookings in case of emergencies (full advance refund provided).
• Misbehavior or violation of house rules will lead to cancellation without refund.
6. Occupancy & Visitors
• Extra guests beyond the booked headcount will be charged additionally.
• Visitors are not allowed in the property.
7. House Rules & Responsibilities
• Management is not responsible for lost items.
• Personal music is not allowed in the hotel (in case of rooms booking).
• Pool usage is restricted after 11:30 PM and on the check-out day.
• Power backup is available in case of electricity failure.
• The kitchen is not available for guest use (staff can assist with infant food needs).
• Alcohol must be consumed responsibly inside your room and at the guest’s own risk.
• Smoking is prohibited in the bedrooms and any enclosed areas of the Resort.
However, you are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor open spaces.
8. Agreement to Terms
• Booking confirms that the guest has read, understood, and agreed to all rules.
