## Booking and pricing

- **Model** — nightly rates. Guests consistently describe Privy Stays as the best value-for-money experience in the region.
- **Minimum stay** — none. Longer stays attract significant discounts, so multi-night bookings are usually the better value.
- **Seasonal pricing** — rates vary by season across the whole collection. Live availability and current rates are always shown on the property pages.
- **Booking flow** — search → filter → property detail page → phone (OTP) verification → payment → confirmation. Guests may also create an account on the website for faster repeat booking, referral rewards and loyalty points, or book directly with a Privy Stays sales representative.
- **Payment methods** — UPI, credit card, bank transfer and cash.
- **Confirmation** — every booking is confirmed by email and by WhatsApp.
- **Arrival** — property managers and villa staff handle check-in in person: keys, Wi-Fi codes, food and dining options, and a walkthrough of the house rules.

## When to visit

- **Peak season: September to March.** Availability moves quickly in these months; if a preferred property is showing as available, booking promptly is advisable.
- **Off-peak: the monsoon.** The quietest and best-value time of year, and particularly rewarding for stays of more than one night.

- [Cancellation Policy](https://privystays.com/legal/cancellation): Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Corporate bookings (made and paid for by a registered entity) and group bookings (more than four guests who are not a single immediate family) carry bespoke terms agreed at the time of booking, typically including a non-refundable deposit and tiered charges based on proximity to check-in. Date changes are subject to availability. Eligible refunds are processed by bank transfer only, initiated within 5–7 working days of receiving the guest's bank details. Cancellations must be made in writing to info@privystays.com or via WhatsApp.
