Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, transactions, and use of privystays.com and the services offered through it. By making a booking or using this Website, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. About Privy Stays
Privy Stays Private Limited is a hospitality company registered in India, operating as the hospitality arm of We All.

2. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Privy Stays and, where applicable, payment of the applicable booking amount or advance. The confirmed booking details, including check-in and check-out dates, property, and pricing, will be communicated to the lead guest in writing.
Corporate Bookings
A Corporate Booking is a booking made by a registered company, partnership firm, LLP, or other legal entity for the purpose of an offsite, retreat, team event, executive stay, client engagement, or any other corporate use, where payment is made from the entity's account.
Corporate Bookings are accepted from registered Indian and international entities with valid business identification (GSTIN, CIN, LLPIN, or equivalent foreign registration). Privy Stays may request:
- · A copy of the booking entity's GST registration certificate.
- · Confirmation of authorised signatory and designation.
- · A signed Purchase Order (PO) on company letterhead.
Group Bookings
A Group Booking involves more than four (4) guests who are not members of a single immediate family, including friend gatherings, milestone celebrations, weddings, and reunions.
For every Group Booking, the lead booker must provide:
- · A list of all expected guests in advance of arrival.
- · Valid government-issued photo identification for every adult guest at check-in.
- · A single designated point of contact responsible for the group's conduct throughout the stay.
3. Payment
Payment terms for standard bookings will be confirmed at the time of booking and communicated to the lead guest in writing.
Corporate Bookings are payable in full at the time of booking confirmation. Privy Stays reserves the right to extend credit terms to established corporate clients on a case-by-case basis. Where credit terms are extended:
- · A signed Purchase Order is required for every booking.
- · A tax invoice will be raised on the date of booking confirmation.
- · Payment is due within seven (7) working days from the date of invoice (Net 7).
- · Delayed payments may attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, or as otherwise notified.
GST & Invoicing
All bookings are invoiced with applicable Goods and Services Tax. Privy Stays' GSTIN is 27AAOCP2059H1Z4. Corporate tax invoices are issued in the name of the booking entity as stated on the Purchase Order, to enable input tax credit where applicable.

4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of booking confirmation or at check-in. Group Bookings attract an enhanced security deposit, confirmed in writing at the time of booking. The deposit is not part of the booking fee and is held against damage, missing items, or breach of House Rules. All security deposit refunds are processed exclusively via bank transfer.

5. House Rules & Guest Conduct
All guests are required to comply with the House Rules applicable to the property booked. The following provisions apply to all stays:
- · Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, unless prior written permission has been obtained from Privy Stays for an event.
- · Alcohol consumption is permitted only by adults of legal drinking age, within the legal limits applicable in Maharashtra, and only in designated areas of the property.
- · Illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
- · The lead booker is responsible for the conduct of every member of the group or party throughout the stay.
- · Any damage, missing item, or breach of House Rules caused by any guest will be assessed against the lead booker's security deposit, and additional charges may apply as per the Damage Policy.
6. Events & External Vendors
For any stay that includes weddings, milestone celebrations, or events involving external vendors (caterers, decorators, DJs, photographers, wedding planners, or similar), prior written approval from Privy Stays is required before the event takes place. Additional event-related deposits, vendor approval requirements, music timing restrictions, and other operational conditions may apply. Please contact our Sales team at info@privystays.com well in advance of the booking date.
7. Damage Policy
A damage inspection is conducted at or after checkout by a member of the Privy Stays property team. The inspection covers the condition of the property against the pre-arrival inventory, identification of any damage or missing items, and photographic documentation of findings.
Privy Stays does not charge for normal wear and tear. If damage costs exceed the security deposit, the lead guest will be billed for the additional amount with a detailed, itemised invoice and photographic evidence.
8. Properties Managed for Independent Owners
Some properties listed on privystays.com are managed by Privy Stays on behalf of independent property owners under a rental or revenue-share arrangement. In all such cases, Privy Stays remains the guest's primary point of contact, and all policies apply uniformly regardless of the underlying ownership arrangement.
9. Cookies & Tracking
This Website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies including analytics tools (Google Analytics 4), advertising pixels (Meta Pixel, ManyChat Pixel), and booking and payment tools (Stayflexi, Zoho Payments). By using this Website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy. You may manage or withdraw your consent at any time.
10. Grievance Redressal
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Privy Stays has appointed a Grievance Officer to address concerns from guests, partners, and Website visitors.

You may raise grievances related to your booking, your stay, personal data, Website content, security deposits, refunds, cancellations, assessed damages, or staff conduct. We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 to 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 15 working days.
If unresolved, you may escalate to:
- · The National Consumer Helpline: 1800-11-4000 or consumerhelpline.gov.in.
- · The Data Protection Board of India (for personal data matters under the DPDP Act, 2023), once fully constituted and operational.
- · The appropriate civil or consumer court with jurisdiction in Raigad / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All transactions, bookings, and use of this Website are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the terms of any specific booking agreement, all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Alibag (Raigad District), Maharashtra, India.
