Refer a Friend, Both of You Earn
The best recommendations have always come from guests. Someone stays at one of our villas, goes home, and a month later their friend calls asking for "the place with the pool near Akshi." Our referral programme exists to make that worth something to both of you.
When someone you refer books a stay, you both earn points towards your next one. Not a one-sided discount, not a voucher with conditions attached — points on both sides, usable on a future booking.
How It Works
The mechanics are deliberately simple:
- Share your referral code with a friend who is planning a trip
- They book a villa, hotel or resort with us using that code
- You both earn points — two points for every ₹100 spent on the stay
- Redeem those points against a future booking with us
Points accrue on the value of the stay, so a longer or larger booking earns proportionally more. There is no cap on how many people you can refer.
Why We Run It This Way
Most referral schemes reward only the person doing the referring, which quietly turns your recommendation into a sales pitch. We would rather your friend benefits too — it keeps the recommendation honest, and it means you are passing on something genuinely useful rather than an affiliate link.
It also reflects how our bookings actually happen. We are a direct-booking business, not a listing platform. We do not spend on the auctions that push up prices on aggregator sites, and a good part of what that saves goes back to the guests who bring us new ones.
Who to Refer
The programme works best when the recommendation fits. Some obvious candidates:
- Friends planning a weekend away from Mumbai who default to the same tired options
- Colleagues organising a corporate offsite or team retreat
- Family planning a milestone birthday or anniversary
- Anyone with a dog who has struggled to find a stay that will take them
- Couples looking for somewhere quiet rather than another hotel
- A group of friends who need a whole house rather than rooms
If you are not sure which property to point them at, our villas and hotels and resorts collections cover both ends, and the destinations overview helps them pick a base.
Using Your Points
Points sit on your account and can be applied against a future booking. Mention them when you enquire and we will apply the balance to your quote. They work alongside most of our current offers, so a midweek rate and a referral balance can usually be used together.
Making the Recommendation Useful
A referral lands better with a bit of context. The things people actually want to know:
- Which house you stayed in and how many of you there were
- What the pool and outdoor space were really like
- How long the drive or ferry took on the day
- Whether the caretaker was around and how that worked
- What you would do differently next time
Our travel journal is a useful thing to send alongside — the beach guides and best time to visit answer most of the questions a first-timer has.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my referral code?
It is issued against your guest account once you have stayed with us. If you cannot find yours, ask through the contact page and we will send it.
When do the points appear?
Points are credited once your friend's stay is confirmed and completed, not at the point of enquiry.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No. Refer as many people as you like — points accrue on each completed booking.
Do points expire?
Points are intended to be used on a future stay rather than held indefinitely. Ask us for your current balance and any applicable terms when you plan your next trip.
Can my friend use the code on any property?
Yes — the code applies across our villas, hotels and resorts.
Can I use points and a seasonal offer together?
Usually, yes. We will always quote the best available combination rather than making you choose blind.
What if my friend books without using the code?
Tell us as soon as you can. If the booking is still recent we can often attach the referral retrospectively, but it is much simpler if the code goes in at the time of booking.
